stayed here for 10 nights and loved it! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the hotel was super clean all the time. food was really good and they had plenty of activities for everyone, my kids had a blast! the staff were also friendly and kept us entertained, especially the entertainment guy, he was so fun! highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back next year!

only thing was the noise from the rooms next to us and the pool was kinda cold, not many people were using it because of that.

We had an awesome stay! The pool area was lit, always enough loungers. The entertainment team, especially Daha, was super fun and kept the vibes up! Food was good at the restaurant, but the desserts were kind of repetitive. A little annoyed by the nightly noise near our room, but overall, it was a blast.

Our room had a lovely sea view, which made for beautiful sunsets. Cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily, ensuring fresh towels and tidy spaces. The location is just a short walk from the stunning Playa de Muro beach, which is great for families. I found the food options to be quite repetitive and lacking variety. Some meals were served lukewarm, and the selections didn't change much throughout our stay. The entertainment at night could use more variety. it seems to cater more to older guests. Access to drinking water in the room was an issue too. we had to go downstairs to refill our glasses, which felt inconvenient. Another downside was the noise from adjoining rooms, which disrupted our sleep.

The modern decor is appealing, with a fantastic bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower that maintains a steady stream of hot water. The hotel offers an ample number of sunbeds and umbrellas, ensuring comfort even during busy afternoons, and their outdoor spaces are cleaned daily.

Despite the contemporary appearance, some bathrooms show signs of wear, including rust on stainless steel fixtures. Noise from evening entertainment might disrupt the chill of your day, especially if your room faces the pool. Food options for dining were limited, with reports of meat being particularly poor in quality and the same dishes served repetitively. Be aware of potential inconsistencies with room amenities. not all rooms come equipped with a kettle or tea-making facilities. housekeeping seemed sporadic at times, missing deep cleaning on multiple occasions.

We booked a 6-night stay to celebrate our first child's birthday and were quite disappointed with our experience. The room had a wall-like door connecting us to the next room, allowing us to hear everything from their conversations to their snoring, which made for a restless night. after paying for an all-inclusive package, we found ourselves lacking basic amenities like drinking water in the room, along with poor cleanliness after servicing. While the outdoor pool area was spacious and clean, the overall dining experience was lacking due to repetitive and unappetizing food options.

The hotel's bright interiors felt like a warm hug, and the serene lounges were perfect for relaxing afternoons with easy access for my elder friends. The staff were wonderful in assisting us whenever needed.

More comfortable seating in dining areas would help.
